New Compact Report Layouts Released

I just released two new Comp report layouts which I have been contemplating for some time.  My motivation is designing these reports was to convey robust information content, but in a concise format which would not extend beyond one page for most properties.  As you know, we store a lot of information in our database about each property, and this is just overkill (TMI - too much information) for summary reporting situations.  The compact reports eliminate reporting of assessment information, financial information, and data source verification.
